- 1 Dutch Apron® Bakery Chocolate Crème Cake Roll
- Topping options: Chocolate shavings or sprinkles, mint, or fudge
Mint Layer:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. mint extract
- Green gel food coloring, optional
- 1 1/2 c. whipped topping

Chocolate Layer:
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 1/2 c. whole milk
Instructions
Create the Crust
- Take the Chocolate Crème Cake Roll out of the packaging and let it sit on the counter to thaw for 30 minutes.
- Once the cake roll is thawed, break off or cut up pieces of the cake roll and place them in a food processor or mixer. Process until thoroughly combined.
- Press the crushed cake into the bottom of a cupcake tin to form the crust of your Mini Grasshopper Pies.
- Freeze for 30-60 minutes, or until firm enough to hold their shape when removed. Carefully remove crusts from the tins and set aside.
Prepare the Chocolate Layer
- Whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and whole milk in a medium-sized bowl until the mixture thickens.
- Spoon approximately 1 tbsp. of the chocolate pudding mixture onto each crust.
Prepare the Mint Layer
